The Denver Metro Apartment Vacancy and Rent Survey is a complete publication, compiled by the University of Denver, and published quarterly since 1990. The report details vacancy and rental data on each section of the metro area, broken out by factors such as age, size and building type of the apartment communities. It is an effective source of information for pricing units, developing community budgets or planning future projects.
